Hotel Tre Laghi
The Hotel Tre Laghi has been distinguished for its elegance and excellent service for more than a hundred years. Located on the hills between Stresa and Arona, it enjoys an incomparable view of the lakes, which made the writer Mario Soldati say, in one of his books, that he had found “quod erat in votis” … what he was hoping to find.
It is the ideal starting point for excursions on Lake Maggiore and the romantic Lake Orta; a few kilometers away are all the most important tourist attractions, the Borromean islands, the gardens of Villa Taranto, the colossus of San Carlo and the island of San Giulio.
Milan and shopping are close at hand and in an hour you can reach Turin with its architecture, the cinema museum and the Egyptian museum.
It is also an excellent location during trade fairs at the Rho Fiera Milano, for motor sport events on the Armeno track, for memorable excursions by mountain bike on the hills between the two lakes or by bicycle on the roads of the Giro d’Italia.
