Macallè
Nestled in the Novara countryside in the town of Momo, Hotel Macallè is a 3-star property that blends tradition and modern comfort. Originally opened in 1951 by the Zuin family as “Caffè Macallè,” it was transformed into a restaurant in 1991 and later into a hotel, all while maintaining a deep connection to the local area and its heritage.
The hotel features 8 uniquely styled rooms, each equipped with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. It also includes a fully equipped meeting room for business events, and guests have access to private reserved parking.
The restaurant offers traditional regional cuisine, including the renowned Macallè risotto, made with seasonal ingredients carefully selected by owner Sergio Zuin, who brings over 40 years of culinary experience. Young chef Marco adds fresh, creative touches to the menu while maintaining a high standard of quality and flavor.
